Our Process
Let’s have some fun! We know that planning a wedding can seem like an overwhelming task. Our goal is to help our clients have an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, for this reason we keep our process simple and fun. Guiding you through each step will leave you reassured you are in good hands.
Below is the process we will go through when working with each of our clients:
STEP 1: SEARCH FOR INSPIRATION
Whether you search through magazines, check out Pinterest or wander around your own home, there is inspiration everywhere. Make sure you check out our portfolio too. Once you have collected all your ideas, now it’s time to narrow down what’s most important and represents the vision you have for your wedding.
STEP 2: CONTACT US
We want to hear from you. Please complete our Wedding Inquiry so we may start to become familiar with the details of your wedding. From there we will get in contact with you ASAP to schedule your complimentary consultation where we will have a casual conversation about your dream wedding and see if we will be a good fit.
STEP 3: INITIAL CONSULTATION
For your first consultation, we ask that you have chosen your ceremony and reception locations, bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. This will allow us the opportunity to get to know your story and find out how we can best personalize your day. To accommodate your busy schedule, consultations can be done either in person or through Google Meet. Plan on spending up to an hour chatting with us.
STEP 4: THE QUOTE
After gathering all the details, we will prepare a customized quote tailored to your wedding floral needs. This quote will provide clear pricing and an outline of what is included. We want you to feel confident and informed before making your decision.
STEP 5: BOOKING US
To secure your date, a signed contract and retainer are required. We book an extremely limited number of events per weekend to ensure the very best service and that our undivided attention to every detail is never compromised. Once you book with us, you’ll receive a full proposal that includes a detailed design plan and a moodboard showcasing your floral concept—helping you visualize the overall look and feel before the big day. We understand that changes may come up along the way, and that’s perfectly fine. We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied.
STEP 6: FINALIZING
Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your event, we will schedule your final consultation where we will finalize all of the details of your order. During the final consultation, we will be reviewing all of the details of your order, any last minute changes, your remaining balance and finalizing delivery times and locations. Please keep in mind we cannot make reductions to your order after the final consultation.
STEP 7: YOUR WEDDING DAY
Our team will carefully prepare and install your floral designs on-site, ensuring every detail is flawless. We handle all setup and breakdown (if applicable) so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
